Scope of Application
This warranty policy applies to all products and installation works supplied and installed by SAFE GOD CO., LTD (Panoon Brand).
Applicable to
+ Shower enclosures
+ Tempered glass & decorative (art) glass
+ Glass door hardware & bathroom accessories
Warranty Period
+ From 12 to 24 months, depending on the specific item or project scope.
+ The warranty period for each item will be clearly stated on the sales order.
+ The warranty period begins from the date of project acceptance and handover.
Warranty Conditions
* Free Warranty Coverage
+ Products are eligible for free warranty service when meeting all the following conditions:
+ Within the valid warranty period
+ Technical defects caused by manufacturing or installation
+ No signs of external impact or physical damage
+ No unauthorized disassembly or repair by a third party
* Chargeable Warranty Service
+ Warranty service may incur charges in the following cases:
+ Paid repair requests
+ Replacement of accessories or glass components
Warranty Service Methods
* Depending on the level of defect, we will:
+ Perform technical adjustments
+ Replace accessories
+ Replace defective parts
+ Reinforce or re-secure the system
We do not provide cash refunds under the warranty policy.
