Delivery time

1. Scope of Application:
This policy applies to all products supplied and installed nationwide by SAFE GOD CO., LTD (Panoon Brand).

2. Delivery Time:
+ Shower enclosures: 4–5 working days from the order confirmation date (including installation time).
+ Accessories (in stock): Delivery within the same day.
+ Tempered glass: 3–5 working days from the order confirmation date.
+ Art glass: 20–25 days for shipping to Vietnam.

3. Factors Affecting Delivery Time:
+ Adverse weather conditions
+ Construction schedule
+ Design changes requested by the customer
+ Public holidays or order overload
+ Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
+ We will proactively notify customers in case of any delays.
