Inspection policy

1. Exchange Period:
From the date of receipt (as stated on the invoice) to the time the exchange request is submitted, no later than 72 hours.

2. Product Conditions:
+ The product must have no visible defects (such as scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.).
+ The product must be fully packaged in its original carton/box (including protective foam, PVC packaging, or any original packaging materials).
+ All relevant documents must be provided (such as purchase receipt and sales invoice).
+ All components, accessories, and promotional gifts (if any) must be returned in full.
